摘要: 米桑油田天然气处理厂采用醇胺吸收法脱硫。2023年,天然气脱硫装置发生堵塞,造成油田停产。通过对富液过滤器堵塞原因分析、排查,确定了MDEA溶液变质造成富液过滤器堵塞,并分析出MDEA溶液变质的原因。研究出过滤器滤芯更换、新建低压甜气管线的解决方案,成功解决MDEA溶液变质问题。整改后,MDEA溶液铁离子浓度未见异常,整个装置生产平稳,外输天然气指标合格,油田原油产量恢复至停产前的产量,保证油田稳定生产。可为天然气处理厂脱硫系统类似故障提供参考及借鉴。

Abstract: The natural gas treatment plant of missan oilfield used the alcohol amine absorption method for desulfurization. In 2023, the natural gas desulfurization unit was blocked, resulting in shutdown. Through the analysis and troubleshooting of the reasons for the blockage of the rich liquid filter, it is determined that the deterioration of MDEA solution causes the blockage of the rich liquid filter, and the reasons for the deterioration of MDEA solution are analyzed. The solutions of filter element replacement and new low-pressure sweet gas pipeline were studied, and the problem of MDEA solution deterioration was successfully solved. After rectification, the iron ion concentration of MDEA solution was normal, the production of the whole unit was stable, the index of exported natural gas was qualified, and the crude oil production of the oilfield was restored to the production before shutdown, so as to ensure the stable production of the oilfield. It can provide reference for similar faults of desulfurization system in natural gas treatment plant.
