摘要: 静电脱水器油水界面液位计是否能准确反映罐内实时液位对静电脱水器油水分离效果具有决定性的影响,会最终影响原油的下舱含水率。通过对“海洋石油111” FPSO的序列一静电脱水器液位计的卡滞问题进行深入分析,探讨了卡滞原因及其改善措施。研究显示,通过更改静电脱水器液位计的冲洗周期和制作并安装延伸管提高下引流口高度约15cm,成功将卡滞频次降至每季度不高于6次,显著提升了设备的可靠性,有效降低现场人员的日常工作量,提高了工作效率。

Abstract: Whether the oil-water interface level gauge of the electrostatic dehydrator can accurately reflect the real-time liquid level inside the tank has a decisive impact on the oil-water separation effect of the electrostatic dehydrator, ultimately affecting the lower compartment water content of crude oil. This article conducts an in-depth analysis of the sticking problem of the electrostatic dehydrator level gauge in the sequence one of the “Offshore Oil 111” FPSO, and explores the reasons for sticking and improvement measures. Research has shown that by changing the flushing cycle of the electrostatic dehydrator level gauge and installing an extension tube to increase the height of the lower drainage port by about 15cm, the frequency of jamming has been successfully reduced to no more than 6 times per quarter, significantly improving the reliability of the equipment, effectively reducing the daily workload of on-site personnel, and improving work efficiency.
