摘要

介绍了蛟龙号载人潜水器试验性应用阶段绝缘接地故障。基于蛟龙号载人潜水器绝缘检测设备,使用MCGS嵌入式虚拟仪器技术开发了一套蛟龙号载人潜水器接地故障检测系统,以实时获取接地检测数据并加以处理,极大地提高绝缘检测精度和效率,为潜航员实时检测及定位水下接地故障提供最有效的辅助。该检测系统也可推广应用于其他水下运载设备绝缘接地检测。

Abstract

The insulation fault of “JIAOLONG” manned submersible during its experimental application stage is introduced. Based on the insulation detection equipment of “JIAOLONG” manned submersible, we develop an insulation fault detection system using MCGS embedded virtual instrument technology to acquire the grounding detection data and deal with them in real time, which greatly improves the accuracy and efficiency of the insulation detection and provides the most effective assistant for the pilot to detect and find the underwater ground fault in real time. With good application prospect and development potential, this technology can be widely used in the field of insulation grounding detection of underwater vehicles.
