钢带加强型柔性管道抗压溃性能分析

摘要

在海洋油气开发过程中柔性管道被广泛使用,海洋环境所引起的静水外压会造成管道的压溃失效,柔性管道利用螺旋缠绕的钢带结构以提高其抗外压能力。本文通过原型压溃实验和数值模拟研究了钢带加强型柔性管道的压溃行为,通过实验和数值模拟结果的一致性确定了压溃有限元模型的正确性,并在此模型的基础上展开了相关参数的研究。结果表明:各层结构之间摩擦系数的增大可以增加极限压溃值;钢带屈服极限小于100MPa时会使柔性管抗压溃性能降低;钢带的屈服极限在大于200MPa后继续增加对钢带加强型柔性管道的抗压溃能力影响不大,基于经济性原则考虑可以选择强度较低的钢带结构。

Abstract

Flexible pipes are widely used in the process of offshore oil and gas development. External hydrostatic pressure caused by marine environment will cause collapse failure of flexible pipes. Spiral wound steel strip structure is used to improve the resistance of external pressure. In this paper, the collapse behavior of steel strip reinforced flexible pipeline is studied by prototype collapse test and numerical simulation. The validity of the finite element model is determined by the consistency of the experimental and numerical simulation results. Based on this model, the relevant parameters are studied. The results show that the collapse pressure can be increased with the increase of friction coefficient between layers. When the yield limit of steel strip is less than 100 MPa, the collapse resistance of flexible pipe reduces. The increase of yield limit of steel strip after 200 MPa has little effect on the collapse resistance of steel strip reinforced flexible pipeline, so the steel strip structure with lower strength can be selected based on the principle of economy.
