水下化学药剂注入计量阀是确保水下生产系统的长期安全运行，实现化学药剂精确注入和流量计量功能的核心设备。本文首先介绍总结了国内外相关标准对水下化学药剂注入计量阀的功能和技术要求；其次，分析了水下生产系统中化学药剂的注入工艺流程，阐述了水下化学药剂注入计量阀在水下生产系统中的作用和安装位置；最后，从工作原理、供电通信、机械结构、水下安装等维度详细剖析了国际水下生产系统供货商的水下化学药剂注入计量阀技术特点，为水下化学药剂注入计量阀的自主设计及国产化提供参考。

Subsea chemical injection metering valve is the core chemical injection equipment to ensure the long-term safe operation of the subsea production system and realize the functions of accurate injection and flow metering. In this paper relevant standards for the function and technical requirements of subsea chemical injection are introduced, Then, the subsea chemical injection process is proposed, the installation position and function of subsea chemical injection metering valve are pointed out. Finally, considering the international mainstream subsea chemical injection metering valves, operation principle, power supply and communication, mechanical structure and subsea installation are analyzed. This research can provide somewhat significance for the independent development of our subsea chemical injection metering valve.
