摘要

在内陆水库湖泊中,风机整体拆除技术目前在国内属于空白,用于海上风机拆装的常规技术、装备无法使用。为了解决官厅水库金风科技2.5WM风机拆除的难题,采用岸边挖泥建设临时码头,单体浮箱工厂预制,逐个运输码头拼装,组成浮体平台,在极浅水作业水深,采用浮托法整体拆除技术,提高了施工安全性,节省了材料和施工时间,拆除方便。本文介绍了浮托法整体拆除风机的设计思路和工程实践,为类似项目提供借鉴。

Abstract

In inland reservoirs and lakes, the integral removal technology of wind turbines is currently blank in China, As the conventional technology and equipment used for offshore wind turbine disassembly cannot be used. in order to solve the problem of Goldwind Technology produced 2.5WM wind turbine removal in Guanting Reservoir, a float platform assembled by some pontoons at temporary wharf, the temporary wharf built by dredging on the shore, the single pontoon is prefabricated in the factory and the transport to wharf where assembled one by one to form a floating platform. The floatover integral removal technology applied in extremely shallow water depth, which improves construction safety, saves materials and construction time, and is convenient for demolition. This paper introduces the design idea and engineering practice of integral removal of wind turbine by floatover method, hopes can provide reference for similar projects.
