摘要

有杆泵排采是陆海油气井生产的主流工艺技术,但是埋泵、卡泵时有发生。基于不动管柱实现作业之间切换的理念,开发了井下循环开启装置。井下循环开启装置采用全机械结构设计,能更广泛地适应油气井复杂的生产和作业工况;通过滑套旋转机构实现井筒空间启闭间的切换,采用立柱锁死机构实现井底封井的目的;生产作业时极值工况下总水头损失0.818m,损失较小,表明流道通畅,结构合理。

Abstract

Rod pump drainage is the main technology of land and sea oil and gas well production, but buried pump and stuck pump often happen. Based on the idea of switching between operations without moving pipe string, a downhole circulation opening device is developed. The downhole circulation opening device adopts full mechanical structure design, which can adapt to the complex production and operation conditions of oil and gas wells more widely. The sliding sleeve rotating mechanism is used to realize the switching between the opening and closing of the wellbore space, and the column locking mechanism is used to realize the purpose of sealing the well bottom. The total head loss of 0.818m under extreme working conditions is small, indicating that the flow channel is smooth and the structure is reasonable.
