摘要

地基稳定性对于自升式平台的安全生产至关重要。首先,介绍了国际上常用的关于自升式平台在位分析规范(《ISO 19905-1》和《SNAME 5-5A》)中地基稳定性校核方法;随后,引入工程算例,并对平台地基稳定性进行了校核。结果表明,目标作业地点的地基竖向-水平承载力和抗滑能力均满足两种规范要求。由于两种规范中对于竖向极限承载力的确定存在差异,导致地基竖向-水平承载力包络线存在差别,且依据《ISO 19905-1》规范校核结果更加保守。

Abstract

The stability of the foundation is crucial for the production safety of jack-up platforms. Firstly, the checking methods of foundation stability in the international standard (ISO 19905-1 and SNAME 5-5A) for in-place analysis of the jack-up platform are introduced, and then an engineering example is introduced to check the foundation stability of the platform. The results indicate that the vertical horizontal bearing capacity and anti-sliding capacity of the foundation at the target operation site meet the requirements of both specifications. Due to the differences in the determination of vertical ultimate bearing capacity in both specifications, there are differences in the vertical-horizontal foundation capacity envelopes, and the verification results according to ISO 19905-1 are more conservative.
