摘要

根据南海某新建浮式生产储卸油装置(FPSO)油处理工艺装置需求,应用动态模拟技术对电脱水器设备建立动态模型,实现对电脱水器工作条件的复现。通过与商用模拟软件HYSYS模拟结果和设备设计参数对比,验证了动态模拟计算结果的准确性,为技术人员改进生产操作参数、验证方案可行性提供了计算依据。

Abstract

According to the demand for a newly built floating production storage offloading (FPSO) oil treatment process unit in the South China Sea, applying dynamic simulation technology to establish dynamic model of electric dehydrator equipment, realizing the reproduction of the working conditions of the electric dehydrator. Compared with the simulation results and equipment design parameters of commercial simulation software HYSYS, the accuracy of dynamic simulation calculation results is verified, which provides a calculation basis for technicians to improve production operation parameters and verify the feasibility of the scheme.
