摘要

海上某平台吊车为电机-液压驱动、箱体式吊臂、基座式起重机,生产日期是2009年,额定载荷为98kN。每年夏季吊车都会出现液压油升温过高、过快的现象。随着使用年限的增加,液压油温度过高现象更为频繁,有时甚至造成停车,严重影响正常生产。针对吊车液压油高温危害和原因进行探索研究,逐一确认找到本台吊车症结,并进行技术升级改造,从而彻底解决液压油温度过高问题。

Abstract

A crane on an offshore platform, featuring a motor-hydraulic drive, box-type boom, and base-mounted configuration, was manufactured in 2009 with a rated capacity of 98kN. Each summer, the hydraulic oil experiences rapid overheating. As the crane ages, this issue becomes more frequent and may result in operational shutdowns, significantly impacting production efficiency. Aim to analyze the causes and effects of elevated hydraulic oil temperatures in the crane, systematically identify underlying issues, and implement technical enhancements to effectively mitigate this problem.
