摘要:

在当前全国上下学习贯彻党的二十大精神的背景下,探讨高校区域国别学人才培养与学科建设无疑具有特殊意义。国家发展需要高等教育培养出卓越的区域国别学人才,提供面向世界的人力支撑和智力支持。有鉴于此,我国区域国别学人才培养和学科建设需要两个能力和三个基础,其中两个能力是语言能力和田野能力,三个基础是历史基础、哲学基础和地理基础。

Abstract:

In the context when the philosophy and vision of the 20th National Congress of the CPC are being implemented in practice, it is of special significance to explore the development of area studies as a discipline and its specialized professional cultivation. China’s development entails institutions of higher learning developing such professionals to underpin China’s global outreach initiatives in HR and intelligent terms. To this end, two capabilities and three foundations stand out: language capability, field capability, historical, philosophical, and geographical foundations.
