Relationship between Supply Chain Quality Management and Performance of Food Companies |

Abstract This paper builds the research framework of the influence of supply chain quality management on the performance of food enterprise. To test and verify the relationship between supply chain quality management and enterprise performance in food industry, it uses case study including data collected from four targeted food enterprises by questionnaire. The result shows that food enterprises clearly realize the importance of supply chain quality management in improving enterprise performance and put it into practice. Besides, food supply chain quality management plays a positive role in enterprise performance. In addition, process quality management and quality detection technology application have more obvious impact on enterprise performance compared to others.
