改良L型内眦赘皮矫正术对轻中度内眦赘皮的改善效果

Effect of Modified L-Type Epicanthoplasty on Mild to Moderate Epicanthus

摘要： 目的 探讨改良L型内眦赘皮矫正术对轻中度内眦赘皮的改善效果。方法 回顾2016年1月至2017年12月的120位女性轻中度内眦赘皮患者,按手术方式随机分为对照组及观察组,每组60例,对照组采用“横切纵缝”内眦赘皮矫正,观察组采用改良L型内眦赘皮矫正术,对两组患者术后效果进行评价。结果 观察组患者术后切口处瘢痕不明显,双侧内眦赘皮无复发,形态自然美观,效果满意。观察组患者术后满意度高于对照组(P=0.012),其复发率远低于对照组(P=0.002 6)。结论 改良L型内眦赘皮矫正术手术切口设计简单、操作简便、切口隐蔽、远期瘢痕不明显、临床效果稳定。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of modified L-type epicanthoplasty on mild to moderate epicanthus.Methods A total of 120 female patients with mild to moderate epicanthus were treated from January 2016 to December 2017.According to different surgical methods,patients were randomly divided into control group(n=60)and observation group(n=60).Patients in control group were treated with"Transverse Method"epicanthoplasty,while patients in observation group were treated with modified L-type epicanthoplasty.The aesthetic effect was evaluated after operation.Results Satisfactory rate was observed in the observation group with no obvious scars at the incision,no recurrence of epicanthus,natural and beautiful medial canthus.The recurrence rate in observation group was much lower than that in control group(P=0.002 6).The satisfaction rate of patients in observation group was higher than that in control group(P=0.012).Conclusion Modified L-type epicanthoplasty has the advantages of simple incision design,simple operation,hidden incision,no obvious scar and stable clinical effect.
