摘要： 细胞外囊泡（EVs）治疗是一种前景广阔的临床治疗方法，可以规避间充质干细胞（MSCs）治疗的多种潜在风险。但基于治疗目的需要大量EVs，而EVs的产量较低难以满足需求，需要开发促进EVs产生的方法。本文围绕近年来促进EVs产生的新方法与进展进行介绍，为实现EVs的高效、大量生产并应用于再生医学治疗领域提供参考。

Abstract: Extracellular vesicles (EVs) therapy is a promising clinical therapeutic. Multiple potential risks of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) therapy can be avoided by EVs therapy. However, large amounts of EVs are required for medicinal purposes. The low production of EVs is challenging to meet the demand, and the development of methods to promote the production of EVs is necessary. This review focused on new practices and advances in obtaining EVs in recent years to provide references for EVs therapy in regenerative medicine.
