摘要/Abstract

摘要： 考试是否公平,除了外部因素,在一定程度上与相关人员对考试公平性的认识和实践有关。本文通过问卷方式,调查教师对考试公平性的认识和做法。研究结果显示,教师对公平性有一定认识;在操作层面上也能考虑一些与公平性关联的环节,但同时又忽略其他同等重要的环节。本文建议把对教师的相关培训作为提升考试公平性的必要举措。

Abstract: It is widely acknowledged that motivation is one of the important factors that influence the success of learning a second language. Therefore, the final purpose of theoretical and empirical studies on motivation is to explore the measures of inspiration and strengthening learning motivation. In view of the complexity of motivation, this study aims to testify the relationship between dynamic assessment and motivation, and explore their predictive power of students' English proficiency.
