本研究以某所全国重点综合性大学试验班的大学英语教学为例,通过对试验班的师资和教学模式探析,提出如何合理运用中外教师合作资源,开展合作教学,建设合作教学团队等问题。通过分析中外教师合作教学前后学生的外语综合能力和人文素养的增长数据,文章探讨了基于大学英语优质课堂环境构建的中外教师团队合作模式。文章认为,中外教师团队合作需要中外教师在平等基础上相互支持、资源共享、优势互补,从而真正推动大学外语教师的专业化发展进程。
The internationalization of China’s foreign language education gives impetus to the cooperation between Chinese and international teachers. The present research explores the teaching team and model in the College English classes of the Elite Program in a key national comprehensive university, focusing on how to maximize the resources of the international cooperation, improve the international coteaching, and build the international teaching team. Based on the teaching practice and data collected in the Elite Program classes, this article demonstrates that the teaching team of Chinese and international teachers have contributed to the improvement of the students’ English language proficiency and cultural literacy.
