Language policy for language disorders is one of the crucial issues in the development of China’s language affairs. Clarifying the language policy layout for the language disorder plays a pivotal role in solving their language problems. Based on the PKU Law Database, this study creates a language policy corpus for language disorders. It summarizes the general characteristics of language policy texts for language disorders. It uses Python’s natural language processing methods for LDA model and TF-IDF algorithm analysis of the self-generated corpus. The study analyzes the language policies for language disorders from temporal and spatial dimensions. It advocates strengthening the top-level design and integrating the language policy systems; unifying the terminology and promoting social ideology transformation; establishing language policy feedback channels to effectively serve language barrier communities, and providing a reference for improving the language policy system for language disorders and constructing an information-accessible society.
