摘要:
近年来,甲状腺癌的发病率不断攀升。基于人们对美容和高质量生活的追求,加之能量设备和机器人在医学领域不断发展,使外科医师推出疼痛少、美容效果好、精细化和高难度的微创术式。甲状腺手术在原有基础上,衍生出腔镜辅助的甲状腺切除术以及多途径入路的腔镜甲状腺切除术,还有热消融、化学消融以及机器人辅助甲状腺切除术。
