摘要:
胃黏膜下肿瘤和早期胃癌的检出率逐年升高,且两者预后良好,因此治疗时需最大限度保留胃功能。内镜治疗和腹腔镜联合内镜手术都可选择。腹腔镜经胃腔手术(laparoscopic intragastric surgery,LIGS)具有腹腔镜和内镜的优势,可由外科医师独立操作。随着LIGS术式及器械的不断完善,目前已用于胃黏膜下肿瘤和早期胃癌。本文对LIGS的应用及其优势和局限性进行综述。
