低氧诱导成体干细胞血管化

摘要: 组织工程和再生医学的发展,给组织器官功能修复提供了新的治疗方法。但是,在病理条件下,移植干细胞极低的生存率严重限制了干细胞功能的发挥。因此,体外低氧预处理诱导成体干细胞血管化,成为改善成体干细胞抵御缺氧、疾病等的可能方案。我们对低氧诱导成体干细胞血管化中不同诱导条件,及不同成体干细胞的优缺点的相关研究进行综述,以寻找较为理想的诱导血管化方案。

Abstract: In recent years, tissue engineering and regenerative medicine provide a new method to treat the damaged tissues and organs, but under the pathological conditions, the low survival rate of the transplanted stem cells limits its function. Because of this, hypoxic preconditioning of the stem cells in vitro become a new solution to improve its ability to resist hypoxia and injury. In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of different inducing conditions and different adult stem cells were reviewed to search the ideal conditions of angiogenesis.
