摘要： 自体脂肪移植时,其组织基质血管片段(Stromal vascular fraction,SVF)中存在脂肪干细胞(Adipose-derived stem cells,ADSC),具有强大的促血管化作用。本文对近年来有关ADSC促进脂肪移植血管化的研究进展进行综述,以期为ADSC促血管化作用在脂肪移植领域的应用提供新方向。

关键词: 脂肪干细胞, 促血管化作用, 脂肪移植, 预处理

Abstract: In autologous fat transplantation,the adipose-derived stem cells(ADSC)derived from stromal vascular fraction(SVF)have the specific role in enhancing vascularization.In this paper,the research progress of angiogenic feature of ADSC in fat transplantation was reviewed to provide directions of the application of ADSC in improving angiogenesis in fat transplantation.
