摘要: 随着基因工程、干细胞、组织工程、再生医学等领域的深入研究,使用细胞移植、组织工程方法构建生物心脏起搏器有望成为今后的发展方向。这些方法的基础和关键是找到理想的种子细胞。目前,用于构建生物心脏起搏器的种子细胞有成体细胞和干细胞。本文就构建生物心脏起搏器的种子细胞的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract: With the rapid development of stem cells, tissue engineering and regenerative medicine, cell transplantation and tissue engineering to construct biological pacemaker are expected to become the future direction. It is very crucial to find the ideal seed cells. Nowadays, the seed cells used for constructing the biological pacemaker includes: adult cells and stem cells. In this paper, the advances of seed cells for constructing biological pacemaker were reviewed.
