假体植入后发生相关淋巴瘤的研究进展

摘要： 近年来,假体植入后发生非霍奇金淋巴瘤的现象备受关注,特别是乳房假体植入后发生的间变性大细胞淋巴瘤。其他假体植入后相关淋巴瘤的发生也有相关报道,但呈现与乳房假体植入后的不同的表现型。本文对假体植入后发生相关淋巴瘤的文献进行了系统回顾,并进行综述。

关键词: 非霍奇金淋巴瘤, 关节假体, 硅胶假体, 间变性大细胞淋巴瘤

Abstract: Implant-associated non-Hodgkin's lymphoma has been receiving more and more attention in recent years, especially breast implant-associated anaplastic large cell lymphoma (BIA-ALCL). There were also reports about the occurrence of other implants-associated lymphoma, but in different phenotypes from the breast prosthesis. In this paper, the existing literatures were reviewed.
