股薄肌在整形外科中的应用

摘要： 股薄肌位于大腿内侧,以来自股深动脉股薄肌支和旋股内侧动脉为主要供血,支配股薄肌的神经多来自闭孔神经前支的分支。以该肌肉携带的皮瓣或以该血管蒂为穿支的股薄肌穿支皮瓣,近年来在整形外科领域得到了广泛的应用。本文就股薄肌肌皮瓣和穿支皮瓣在整形外科中的应用进行综述。

Abstract: Gracilis is located in the medial compartment of the thigh. The main pedicle of this muscle arises from the medial circumflex femoral vessels and profunda femoris vessels. The gracilis receives its innervation from the anterior division of obturator nerve. Based on the pedicles, the gracilis muscle flap and the perforator flap are widely used in plastic surgery in recent years. In this paper, the clinical use of the gracilis flap and perforator flap in plastic surgery were reviewed.
