摘要: 创面修复是复杂的病理生理过程。随着对创面修复机制研究的不断完善,以及各种新技术和新材料的应用,创面修复已取得了很大的进展。本文通过总结以二氧化碳为代表的超临界流体萃取技术的特点、原理、影响因素以及在创面修复方面的研究进展,探讨该技术在创面修复方面的发展前景,为今后超临界流体萃取技术在创面修复方面的研究提供参考。

Abstract: Wound healing involves complicate pathophysiological process. With the mechanism of wound healing elucidated, wound healing has improved in a large extent as the result of new techniques and materials application. This paper focused on concluding the feature, principle, influence factors of supercritical fluid extraction (SFE) technique of CO2 and the research progress of this technique in wound healing, and provided the information of SFE in wound healing for further research of SFE in this field.
