个性化精准康复诊疗策略治疗并指术后继发畸形的疗效研究

Study on the curative effect of personalized precise rehabilitation treatment strategy for secondary deformity after syndactyl operation

摘要:

目的 研究个性化精准康复诊疗策略治疗先天性并指畸形术后继发畸形的效果。方法 选取 2019 年 6 月至2021年8月同济大学附属养志康复医院收治的符合纳入标准的40例中、环指并指畸形分离术后患儿作为研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=20)和实验组(n=20),对照组应用传统康复手段进行干预,实验组采用个性化精准康复诊疗策略进行干预,于治疗前、治疗 4 周后、治疗 8 周后、治疗 12 周后,分别对比两组患儿的瘢痕情况、指蹼爬移情况、关节活动度、手功能、患儿家长满意度,以及治疗过程中的不良反应事件发生率。结果 实验组患儿的瘢痕情况、指蹼爬移情况、关节活动度、手功能改善情况以及患儿家长满意度均优于对照组,且实验组治疗过程中的不良反应事件发生率低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 个性化精准康复诊疗策略能够对并指术后继发畸形起到显著改善作用,明显改善患儿的瘢痕情况、指蹼爬移情况、关节活动度、手功能等,同时大幅度提升术后康复效果,值得推广。

Abstract:

Objective To study the effect of personalized and precise rehabilitation diagnosis and treatment strategy on
secondary deformities after congenital syndactyly. Methods A total of 40 children who met the inclusion criteria and were
admitted to the Affiliated Yangzhi Rehabilitation Hospital of Tongji University from June 2019 to August 2021 were selected as
the study objects and randomly divided into control group (n=20) and experimental group (n=20). The control group received
intervention by traditional rehabilitation means. The experimental group used personalized precision rehabilitation treatment
strategy for intervention. Before treatment, 4 weeks after treatment, 8 weeks after treatment and 12 weeks after treatment, the two
groups of children were compared respectively in terms of scar, webbing, joint motion, hand function, family satisfaction of the children,
and the incidence of adverse events during treatment. Results After 12 weeks of treatment, the scar condition, finger crawling, joint
activity, hand function improvement, and family satisfaction of the experimental group were better than that of the control group, and the
incidence of adverse reactions of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically
significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Personalized precise rehabilitation treatment strategy can play a significant role in improving
the secondary malformation after surgery, significantly improving the scar condition of the child, finger crawling, joint activity,
hand function, etc., while greatly improving the effect of postoperative rehabilitation, which is worth promoting.
