摘要:

 目的 探讨激光医学研究生教学中问题驱动教学法(Problem-based learning,PBL)联合互动研讨模式的应用效果。方法 选取 2020-2021 学年第一学期上海交通大学医学院研究生 60 名为研究对象,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各 30 名。实验组采取 PBL 联合互动研讨模式教学法教学,对照组采取常规法教学。设计问卷调查学生对教学的满意度及学习兴趣情况,比较两组学生知识掌握程度和课堂观察结果。结果 大部分(93%,28/30)研究生对联合教学法的满意程度较高,并认同联合教学法可以帮助他们增加对课程的兴趣,提升自主学习能力。联合教学法组学生的知识掌握程度和课堂观察结果明显优于传统教学法组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 PBL 联合互动研讨模式教学法应用于研究生激光医学教学,可以激发学生学习兴趣,挖掘学生的思维潜能,有助于提升学生的知识掌握水平及自主学习能力,学生对这种教学模式满意度较高。

Abstract:

Objective To explore the effect of using PBL method combined with the seminar mode on graduate students’
laser medicine teaching. Methods Sixty graduate students majoring in clinical medicine of Shanghai Jiao Tong University
School of Medicine from grade 2020 to 2021 were selected. The students were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 members
in each group. The experimental group adopted PBL-seminar combining teaching mode, while the control group adopted
conventional teaching method. A questionnaire was designed to investigate students’
satisfaction with teaching effect and study
interest. The assessment results (knowledge level and classroom performance) of the two groups were compared after teaching.
Results The majority (93%, 28/30) of graduate students have a good level of satisfaction with the PBL-seminar combining
teaching mode and agree that it can help them increase their study interest and enhance their self-learning ability. The
knowledge level and classroom observation results of the students in the combining teaching group were significantly better than
those in the traditional teaching group, with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of PBL
seminar combining teaching mode in teaching laser medicine to graduate students can stimulate students’
interest in learning,
tap into their thinking potential, and help improve their knowledge level and self-learning ability. Students are highly satisfied
with this teaching mode.
