Abstract: Fat transplantation has been widely used in plastic surgery due to its advantages of less surgical trauma， rich sources， and good histocompatibility. However， the main factor restricting the development of fat transplantation is the high absorption rate after fat transplantation. Studies have found that cell-assisted fat transplantation can improve the survival rate and outcome of fat transplantation. This paper summarized the research of cell-assisted fat transplantation world wildly， and introduced the principle， application progress in various fields of plastic surgery， safety and effectiveness of cell-assisted fat transplantation， in order to provide reference for the clinical application of cell-assisted fat transplantation.
