任意皮瓣在颌面部皮肤缺损修复中的应用

摘要： 目的 探讨任意皮瓣在面部肿物切除后创面修复中的应用。方法 2014年3月至2015年9月,对38例患者的颌面部皮肤肿物行手术切除,根据缺损大小和部位,设计合适的任意皮瓣同期修复皮肤缺损创面。结果 38例皮瓣全部成活,无坏死及并发症发生。术后随访6~24个月,患者面部外观和功能均恢复良好。结论 任意皮瓣修复颌面部皮肤肿物切除创面缺损效果优良,且任意皮瓣操作简单,制作灵活,值得临床推广。

Abstract: Objective To explore the use of random skin flap in repairing maxillofacial skin defects after tumor resection. Methods From March 2014 to September 2015, 38 cases received tumor resection in maxillofacial region. According to the area of skin defect and specific situation, the appropriate random skin flap was used instantly to repair the defects. Results All the facial flaps survived with no necrosis and complications. The patients were followed up for 6-24 months, good appearance and function were both achieved. Conclusion Random skin flap is effective in repairing the maxillofacial skin defects after tumor resection with simple and flexible operation, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
