鼻唇沟皮瓣在鼻部较大皮肤肿物治疗中的应用

Application of Nasolabial Flap in the Treatment of Large Nasal Skin Mass

摘要： 目的探讨鼻唇沟皮瓣在鼻部较大皮肤肿物切除后的皮肤缺损修复中的应用。方法 2015年10月至2019年1月,对22例鼻部皮肤肿物切除后创面采用鼻唇沟皮瓣进行缺损修复,分析缺损修复效果、切口瘢痕情况,以及鼻翼术后形态等。结果所有患者鼻部肿物均彻底切除且未见复发,皮瓣修复后外观满意,切缘及供区瘢痕均不明显,鼻翼形态良好。结论鼻唇沟皮瓣是鼻部较大皮肤肿物切除导致缺损的良好的修复方法,依据缺损的大小和位置,可以采用不同的皮瓣转移方式。

Abstract: Objective To explore the application of nasolabial flap in the repair of skin defect after the removal of large nasal mass. Methods From October 2015 to January 2019, twenty-two patients with large nasal skin mass were treated with nasolabial flap for wound repair after tumor resection. The repair efficacy, incision scar and postoperative morphology of nasal alar were retrospectively analyzed. Results All the nasal lesions were completely excised and no recurrence was observed.The appearance of the skin flap was satisfactory after repair, and the scar at cutting edge and donor area was not obvious.Good appearance of nasal alar was observed. Conclusion The nasolabial flap is a good method to repair the defect of the larger nasal skin mass after excision. According to the size and location of the lesion, different methods of flap transfer can be used.
