组织工程皮肤血管化研究进展

摘要: 血供对于皮肤的维持和移植至关重要,尽管组织工程皮肤已经商业化并应用于临床,但仍未能很好地实现其血管化。目前,促进组织工程皮肤血管化主要是依靠促血管形成的种子细胞,以及多种生长因子的作用。随着诱导多功能干细胞、静电纺丝,以及生物打印技术的发展,也可以通过设计新型支架,并结合相应的种子细胞和细胞因子,精确地模拟体内生长环境,以促进组织工程皮肤的血管化。本文主要对近年来组织工程皮肤血管化的研究进展进行综述。

Abstract: Blood supply is the most important thing regarding skin's maintenance and transplantation, although tissue engineering skin have been commercialized and used in clinic, it has failed to achieve the vascularization. The neovascularization of tissue engineering skin at present is mainly rely on seed cells that can promote vascularization and a variety of growth factors. As the development of induced pluripotent stem cells, electrostatic spinning, and the biological printing technology, new scaffolds combined with the corresponding seed cells and cytokines can be designed to simulate the growing environment of body accurately to promote vascularization of tissue engineering skin. In this paper, the research progress of neovascularization in tissue engineering skin was reviewed.
