针对性系统护理提高微创激光眼袋整形术后效果的研究

Effectiveness of Targeted System Nursing on Improving the Postoperative Effect of Minimally Invasive Laser Eye Bag Plastic Surgery

摘要： 目的 探讨微创激光眼袋整形术围术期的有效护理措施。方法 2014年3月至2016年4月,在我科行眼袋整形的患者64例。采用随机数表法将其分为实验组与对照组,每组各32例,均采用超脉冲CO2激光法。术后对照组行常规护理,实验组在常规护理基础上给予针对性系统护理。比较两组患者术后对护理工作的满意度,以及并发症发生情况。结果 护理工作满意度评价中,对照组满意率(81.25%)显著低于实验组(96.88%);术后并发症的发生率对照组(28.13%)显著高于实验组(6.25%)。结论 围术期进行针对性护理干预,对提高患者的治疗效果和对护理工作的满意度有十分重要的作用,同时还可降低术后并发症的发生率,值得临床推广。

Abstract: Objective To explore effective perioperative nursing measures for minimally invasive laser pouch plasty. Methods From March 2014 to April 2016, 64 cases with eye bag were selected and randomly divided into experimental group (n=32) and control group (n=32). All patients were treated with super pulse CO2 laser method. The patients in control group received routine nursing care after operation, while the patients in experimental group received targeted systematic nursing based on the routine nursing. The satisfaction rate of the nursing and the complications of the two groups were compared. Results In the evaluation of nursing satisfaction, the satisfaction rate of the control group was only 81.25%, which was significantly lower than that of the experimental group (96.88%). The incidence rate of postoperative complications in the control group (28.13%) was significantly higher than in the experimental group (6.25%). Conclusion In the perioperative period, targeted systematic nursing is very important to improve the treatment effect and the satisfaction of nursing work, and can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, which is worthy of clinical application.
