CO2点阵激光治疗颜面部痤疮瘢痕的人性化护理分析

Humanized Nursing in the Treatment of Facial Acne Scars by CO2 Dot Laser

摘要： 目的探讨CO2点阵激光治疗颜面部痤疮瘢痕的人性化护理效果。方法 2015年1月至2017年1月,128例颜面部痤疮瘢痕患者按治疗先后顺序及意愿分为对照组（n=45）及实验组（n=83）。所有患者均行CO2点阵激光治疗,对照组治疗前后给予常规护理,实验组给予常规护理基础上增加人性化护理,即在常规护理基础上增加对患者心理现状的测评和对手术效果的心理预期评估,并在整个治疗过程中加强对患者的人文关怀。整个治疗过程结束后,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组治疗总有效率96.39%,明显高于对照组的84.44%（P<0.05）;实验组VAS疼痛评分明显低于对照组（P<0.05）;实验组、对照组术后并发症发生率分别为3.61%和17.78%,差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论人性化护理能降低治疗疼痛感及术后并发症发生率,提高CO2点阵激光治疗颜面部痤疮瘢痕的治疗效果。

Abstract: Objective To explore the humanized nursing effect in the treatment of facial acne sears by CO2 dot laser. Methods From January 2015 to January 2017, 128 cases with facial acne scars were included. According to the order and willingness of the patients, the patients were divided into two groups： control group and study group. All the patients were treated with CO2 dot laser. Patients in the control group was given routine preoperative and postoperative nursing, while patients in the study group was given humanized nursing on the basis of routine nursing,that is to increase the evaluation of the psychological status of patients and the psychological evaluation of the operation effect. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.39], obviously higher than that of the control group （84.44%） （P〈0.05）. The VAS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. The incidence of postoperative complications of the control group and study group was 17.78] and 3.61] respectively, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Humanized nursing in the treatment of facial acne scars by CO2 dot laser can reduce the surgical pain and the incidence of postoperative complications, and improve the therapeutic effect.
