Super Long Pedicle Island Flap for Repairing Large Tissue Defect of the Heel

摘要： 目的 探讨超长血管蒂岛状皮瓣修复足跟部大面积组织缺损的临床效果。方法 2012年1月至2014年12月,选择12例因外伤等原因造成足部较大面积软组织缺损患者,设计小腿、足背的神经营养血管蒂超长岛状皮瓣,旋转后修复足跟部巨大创面,供区植皮闭合创面。结果 术后移植皮瓣外观及形态良好,耐磨,无明显臃肿和色素沉着。术后随访6~12个月,供区无明显继发畸形与并发症。结论 超长血管蒂岛状皮瓣血供可靠,可超长转移,是修复足跟部创面的理想选择。

Abstract: Objective To explore the clinical effects of super long vascular pedicle island flap for repairing large tissue defect of heel. Methods From January 2012 to February 2014, 12 cases with large soft tissue defect of heels were treated with super long pedicle island flap. The nerve nutrient vessels of super long island flaps were designed on the calf and foot dorsal to repair the huge heel wound after rotation. And the donor wound was closed by skin graft. Results Wear-resisting transplant flap with good appearance were achieved, and no bloating and pigmentation were observed. All the patients were followed up for 6-12 months, the donor areas had no obvious secondary deformities and no complication was observed.Conclusion Once performed properly, super long vascular pedicle of island flap can provide reliable blood supply and very long graft, it is an ideal method for primary or secondary wound repair of heel.
