贯穿缝合技术在皮下肿瘤切除修复术中的应用

摘要： 目的应用贯穿缝合技术修复体表肿瘤切除后的死腔,探讨一种有效封闭死腔的方法。方法回顾分析我科2008年9月至2010年9月所收治的208例体表肿瘤患者。其中手术切除后形成较大腔隙者共176例,按手术方式分为A组(常规分层缝合并放置引流,97例)和B组(贯穿缝合加压包扎,79例),比较术后并发症情况。结果 A组并发症发生率为7.21%,B组并发症发生率为1.26%,A组显著高于B组(P<0.01)。结论体表肿瘤切除后,应用贯穿缝合技术封闭死腔,并发症发生率低,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of transfixing suture in sealing up the dead space resulting from resection of body surface tumors.Methods Among 208 cases of body surface tumor,relatively huge lacuna was formed in176 cases after tumor resection.All cases were divided into two groups by manner of operation: regular layered suture technique combined with drainage(group A,n=97) and transfixing suture technology combined with pressure dressing(group B,n=79) respectively.The incidence of complications of two groups was observed and compared after operation.Results The incidence rate of complication is 7.21% in group A and 1.26% in group B.There was significant difference between group A and B(P<0.01).Conclusion Transfixing suture has much lower incidence rate of complications and shows advantages in sealing up dead space and hemostasis.It is recommendable in clinical application.
