摘要:

过渡金属碳化物、氮化物或碳氮化物(MXenes)作为一种新型的二维材料,具有高电导率、亲水性、高比表面积、良好的机械强度和光热转换性能等优点,在生物医学领域,尤其是组织工程领域,具有重要的潜在应用价值。本文总结 MXenes 生物相容性的研究进展,重点介绍 MXenes 在骨修复、皮肤再生等组织工程领域的应用,并阐述 MXenes 在组织工程应用中所面临的挑战及其潜在的研究方向,以期对 MXenes 在组织工程中的研究及临床应用提供帮助。

Abstract:

Owing to the advantages of high conductivity, hydrophilicity, high specific surface area, fascinating mechanical
strength and photothermal conversion performance, transition metal carbides, nitrides or carbonitrides (MXenes), as a new kind
of two-dimensional materials, have shown remarkable potential applications in the field of biomedicine, especially in tissue en
gineering. In this paper, the research progress of biocompatibility of MXenes was briefly summarized, the application of MXenes
in tissue engineering such as bone repair and skin regeneration was emphatically introduced, and finally the challenges and po
tential research directions of MXenes in tissue engineering were prospected, aiming to provide some insights for the research and
clinical application of MXenes in tissue engineering.
