Abstract: Objective To explore the method and clinical results using reverse dorsal ulnar neurocutaneous flap in the wound coverage of ring and little fingers. Methods Fifteen cases with traumatic soft tissue defects distal to metacarpophalangeal joint in either ring or little fingers were included in this study.
