Abstract: Radiotherapy technique is an effective way to treat pathological scars. Great progress has been made on thetreatment of scars with surgery and radiotherapy in recent years. From the aspect of the treatment principle of radiotherapy, selection of common radiation sources and methods, applications of electron ray and X ray radiotherapy technologies, adverse reactions and corresponding measures, the clinical research and development of radiotherapy technique for pathological scars were reviewed.
