Abstract: In order to prevent breast caner related lymphoedema, 3D microsurgery technique and indocyanine green angiography were used to complete prophylactic lymphovenous anastomosis immediately after axillary lymph node dissection of one case of breast cancer on September 28, 2020. And the patency of anastomosis stoma was quantified by Zeiss Kinevo 900 FLOW800 fluorescence angiography and color map analysis module. In this paper, this case was reported and the relevant literature was reviewed.
