Abstract: In October 2019, a patient with 95% total body surface area (TBSA) burns of grade Ⅲ was admitted, with severe eyelid burns. In the early stage, the remaining skin was used repeatedly to cover the wound with thick skin, saving lives. There was no excess normal full thickness skin for eyelid wounds, resulting in a severe ectropion deformity that exposed the cornea and bulbar conjunctiva. In order to avoid further deterioration of the condition, resulting in serious complications such as corneal perforation, scrotal skin was selected as the donor site to repair ectropion deformity. After surgery, eyelid could be closed normally, keratitis gradually improved, scrotal suture healed well.
