Abstract: Objective To explore the effect of collaboration care model(CCM)in postoperative care for children with hemifacial microsomia(HM).Methods From June 2016 to June 2017,totally 100 children with HM who received extender implantation were randomly selected and divided equally into experimental group and control group by convenience sampling. The children in control group were treated with?routine nursing, while children in observation group were treated with CCM nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The scores of nursing effect, oral cleanliness and compliance were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of nursing?effect, oral cleanliness and compliance in the experimental group were all significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion CCM can significantly improve the postoperative nursing effect of children with hemifacial microsomia, which is worthy of clinical application.
