Research Progress of Cutaneous Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Abstract

Abstract: Cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma is the leading cause of death related to skin tumors except melanoma. The pathogenesis of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma remains unclear,which limits the development of molecular targeted therapy. At present, the treatment of the disease is still mainly surgical treatment, supplemented by radiotherapy and other means.In this paper,the recent progress of cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma related research was reviewed.
