Humanized Nursing in the Treatment of Facial Acne Scars by CO2 Dot Laser

Abstract: Objective To explore the humanized nursing effect in the treatment of facial acne sears by CO2 dot laser. Methods From January 2015 to January 2017, 128 cases with facial acne scars were included. According to the order and willingness of the patients, the patients were divided into two groups: control group and study group. All the patients were treated with CO2 dot laser. Patients in the control group was given routine preoperative and postoperative nursing, while patients in the study group was given humanized nursing on the basis of routine nursing,that is to increase the evaluation of the psychological status of patients and the psychological evaluation of the operation effect. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.39], obviously higher than that of the control group (84.44%) (P〈0.05). The VAS score of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P〈0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications of the control group and study group was 17.78] and 3.61] respectively, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Humanized nursing in the treatment of facial acne scars by CO2 dot laser can reduce the surgical pain and the incidence of postoperative complications, and improve the therapeutic effect.
