Abstract: Autologous fat grafting has been frequently used in clinic recently. Autologous fat can perfectly fit in the host area. What's more, it has characters like convenient access, abundant in amount, well-shaped, low-cost, as well as few complications and low risks. However, uncertain survival rate is a big problem for autologous fat grafting. In this paper the influence of biotic factors and medicines on autologous fat grafting were reviewed.
