Abstract: Objective To explore the efficacy of arthroscopic micro-fracture in the treatment of talar cartilage injury. Methods Sixty cases with talar osteochondral injury were operated by arthroscopic micro-fracture method. The changes of ankle function score and pain score were observed. Results The ankle function score has an average increase of 20.1 points after the treatment and significant difference was observed(P<0.05).The pain score has an average increase of 5.1 points after the treatment and significant difference was observed(P<0.05).Conclusion Arthroscopic micro-fracture has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of talar osteochondral injury and is worthy of popularization.
