Application of Decompressive Laminectomy with the Spinal Ligament Complex for the Treatment of Degenerative Lumbar Spinal Stenosis

Abstract: Objective To investigate the feasibilities,methods,outcomes and indications of decompressive laminectomy with the spinal ligament complex for the treatment of degenerative lumbal spinal stenosis(DLSS).Methods Eighty seven patients with DLSS were treated by decompressive laminectomy.The data based on JOA score were reviewed before and after 1.3 years operation.Results An average improvement rate was(84.0 ±9.0)% after 3 years operation.There were no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion ...
