Abstract: Objective To investigate the operative method and clinical results of repeating after augmentation mammaplasty with injecting hydrophilic polyacrylamide gel.Methods The reason of the repeating effusion was analyzed.The injected hydrophilic polyacrylamide gel was taken out and the fibrous capsule around the injection substance was removed.Results All patients were satisfied with the results.There were no recurrence of effusion after 18 months follow up.Conclusion In the treatment of repeating effusion after ...
