Abstract: Objective To investigate the impact of different proportion of PLA embeded PLA-PGA scaffold on swine chondrocytes. Methods Swine chondrocytes were harvested and cultured, and seeded onto the PGA-PLA scaffold of different groups at the concentration of 5×107 cells/mL.
