Abstract: Traumatic earlobe cleft is a common clinical earlobe injury, usually caused by external force pulling the earlobe. At present, there are many methods for the treatment of traumatic earlobe cleft, including straight-line technique, Z-plasty, L-plasty, flaps and non-surgical treatment techniques. In this paper, the concept, anatomy, type and classification, treatment principles and various treatment methods of traumatic ear lobe cleft were reviewed, in order to provide a clear overview and reference for clinicians.
