Abstract:

Objective　To explore the application effect of personalized nursing care in the dilation period after skin ex

pander implantation. Methods　From January 2019 to June 2021, a retrospective study was conducted on 100 patients with

soft tissue expansion, including 69 cases in the control group and 31 cases in the experimental group. During the expansion period,

personalized nursing care was used in the experimental group to intervene in the expansion process, while conventional nursing

strategy was used in the control group. The ratio of flap expansion volume to expected volume before flap transfer and the incidence

of complications during expansion were evaluated. Results　Compared with the control group, the flap expansion/expectation ratio

in the experimental group increased significantly (125.7%±30.6% & 78.3%±14.5%), with a statistical difference (P<0.01), and

the complication rate in the experimental group decreased significantly (6.5% & 11.6%). Conclusion　The application of personal

ized nursing in the skin and soft tissue expansion can effectively reduce the risk of complications in the expansion period of patients,

promote the expansion of the flap to achieve the expected expansion goal, and patients can benefit from the treatment.
